Robin's AKC Pugs

You must have your AKC Pug puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within seventy-two (72) hours of receiving the puppy. If your puppy, in the opinion of your veterinarian, has any physical problem which makes it a poor health risk, we will replace your puppy as soon as a suitable replacement puppy is available. Absolutely NO cash refunds for any reason. To make a claim for a replacement, promptly return your puppy to Robin Suarez, 1721 Silverwood Ln, Little Elm, Texas 75068 Ph# 214-697-6046 the same day of examination. Bring a signed statement from the veterinarian stating why the puppy is considered to be a poor health risk. Your puppy is guaranteed to be in Good Health at the time of sale. We make no Guarantee against congenital or hereditary disorders, including Hypoglycemia. We have taken all percautionary measures to protect this puppy from
distemper, Parvo, coronavirus, etc. We do not guarantee against parvo or coronavirus or any type of intestinal virus. We are not responsible for any payments of veterinarian's fees for examination, drugs, ex-rays or other treatments. We do not guarantee the size, weight, color, ability to breed or disposition of puppy when grown. Buyer has read, understands and agrees to the terms of this contract.
